One of the best Fabulocity tips is to embrace prevention in your life. We are all talking about preventing gum disease by regular flossing, getting regular exercise to lower blood pressure and cholesterol, strengthen bones and muscles and eating right to keep our bodies healthy. And one of the wonderful side benefits of all this prevention is stopping the wrinkles, or at least slowing them down!

Eating a healthy diet every day and paying attention to what you ingest is the simplest way to prevent skin from aging prematurely and getting wrinkly. Healthy, glowing skin starts at the cellular level. Pay attention and start eating a multi-colored diet. Seriously, eating a rainbow has all sorts of amazing health benefits including good skin. Cell protectors include leafy greens, green tea and fruits like pomegranate and berries, oranges, mangoes and tangerines. Juicy foods that have a high water content keep the cells hydrated and include berries, lettuce and cucumber.
