The first thing you have to do is decide how much you want to change. How badly do you want to change?
If your life isn’t working for you, you have two choices:
1. Stuff your feelings and carry on. This leads to stress, illnesses and disease. In most cases this leads to being over- or under-weight, undernourished and unhappy.
2. Decide to make the changes necessary to live the life you have always wanted. Then start to make changes, little by little, step by step. Just make a little change everyday and by this time next year your life will have changed: you will be well on your way to being a happy, healthy and vibrant human being.
What does your dream life look like? What step can you take here, now, today to begin the journey to that life?
1. Start by writing it down. Get yourself a journal and start writing about your fabulous life. 2. As ideas come to you start acting on them and making changes. Don’t beat yourself up by not making an instant transformation.
