Argh! Diets don't work. We know it. Now we even hear it... often. But we still look to find the perfect 'diet'.
Here at Feeling Absolutely Fabulous™ we are taking back the word 'diet'.
Diet used to mean how and what we ate, a lifestyle choice, not a way to lose weight.
When we 'diet' meaning change our eating plans to lose or gain weight we are accepting a 'temporary' change in our life. Real change in any way involves deciding to make real change in our lives. Real change in how we look and how we feel about ourselves begins by deciding to make a real change not a temporary change.
Don't panic, we are going to take it at your own speed. You get to set the pace. Feeling Absolutely Fabulous™ is all about 'you.'
